No experience, no expectations. Just mitti — earth in your hands — and two hours away from the screen you usually stare at.
MITTI travels city to city, setting up a working wheel inside a café you already love. You show up after work, roll your sleeves, and leave with a cup you'll actually drink from.
Small groups. Slow hands. Good coffee within reach the whole time.
We start with the hardest, quietest skill — getting the clay to sit still and true on a spinning wheel. Most of the calm happens here.
Thumbs open the well, fingers draw the walls upward. This is where a flat disc decides to become a cup.
Choose from our house celadon and ash glazes. We fire everything after; your finished piece ships to you within three weeks.
That's the part we love. You make something soft and uncertain, and the kiln makes it permanent. You'll get it back changed, and it'll be yours.
Six cities this season. Café partners announced monthly.
Mumbai · Bengaluru · Pune · Goa · Jaipur · Ahmedabad. Each evening runs at a single café, capped at twelve seats.
