1. Overview

At InvitationWebsite.in, managed and operated by uccify.com, we strive to provide high-quality digital invitation websites and creative services. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds or cancellations are permitted for projects, as per the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and other applicable Indian laws.

2. Project Confirmation

Once the payment is made and the project is confirmed, our team begins work immediately on domain registration, hosting setup, and design implementation. Clients are therefore advised to review all details before final confirmation.

3. Refund Eligibility

A full refund is applicable only if the project has not yet been started.
If a major issue arises from our side (such as inability to deliver the project as agreed), a partial or full refund may be considered.
No refund will be provided once domain registration, hosting purchase, or design/content creation has begun.
Refund requests must be raised within 24 hours of payment along with valid reasoning.

4. Non-Refundable Cases

No refund or cancellation once a custom domain name has been purchased or linked.
No refund once design, layout, or content creation has started.
No refund if the project is canceled by the client after work initiation.
No refund for change of mind or delay in providing project content from the client’s side.

5. Project Cancellation

Clients may request project cancellation only if the project has not begun. Once design or technical setup work starts, cancellations cannot be processed.

6. Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 7–10 business days through the same payment method used for the transaction. Refunds may take additional time depending on your bank or payment gateway policies.

7. Ownership & Usage Restrictions

All design templates, website structures, graphics, and digital assets created by Uccify are protected under the Copyright Act, 1957 (India). Unauthorized use, duplication, or resale of any template or design without written permission will result in legal action.

Clients or developers are not allowed to reuse or distribute our templates for personal or commercial use outside the purchased project scope.

8. Domain & Hosting Policy

Domain registration and hosting purchases are handled through verified third-party providers. Once purchased, these are non-refundable under all circumstances, as per registrar terms.

In case of project cancellation, the client may request domain transfer after settling any pending dues and renewal costs.
