1. Overview

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of InvitationWebsite.in, a digital invitation and website creation platform owned and operated by uccify.com (“we”, “our”, “us”), based in Surat, Gujarat, India.

By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with these Terms and all applicable laws, including those under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Indian Contract Act, 1872.

2. Services

Uccify provides digital invitation websites, event pages, and related digital services. All projects are managed and executed under the brand InvitationWebsite.in.

Each project is custom-designed and may include domain setup, content design, hosting, and multimedia integration as per the client’s requirements.

3. User Responsibilities

Provide accurate and complete information for project initiation.
Ensure that all shared content (images, music, text, etc.) is original or legally licensed.
Refrain from using our services for unlawful, misleading, or offensive purposes.
Respect intellectual property and confidentiality agreements.

4. Intellectual Property

All templates, designs, graphics, and website structures created by Uccify remain its intellectual property. Unauthorized copying, resale, or distribution is strictly prohibited under the Copyright Act, 1957 (India).

If we discover any reproduction of our templates, either by clients or third-party developers, legal action will be taken.

5. Payment & Refund Policy

Payment must be made in full before project initiation.
Refunds are only provided if the project has not been started.
No refund is applicable once a domain has been purchased or the design/content work has begun.
If a refund is approved due to a major issue from our end, it will be processed within 7–10 business days.

6. Domain & Hosting

Domains purchased under InvitationWebsite.in projects are registered in the client’s or Uccify’s name depending on package terms. Clients cannot demand domain transfer until all dues are cleared.

Hosting and maintenance are provided as per the chosen plan and may include periodic renewals.

7. Project Delivery & Revisions

Estimated delivery time varies per project type.
Minor revisions (text, color, or layout) are allowed within the discussed scope.
Major design changes after approval may incur additional charges.

8. Limitation of Liability

Uccify shall not be held responsible for any indirect loss, data loss, or business interruption caused due to third-party server downtime, technical errors, or misuse of the website by the client.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate service access if a client violates these Terms, misuses the platform, or uses copyrighted materials without permission.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Surat, Gujarat.
